Fifth Estate (Estet Ke-Lima)

I'm quite attracted to the 4th and 5th estate topic in my off-campus study course, which were taught in Media, Culture and Community subject by En. Suhaimi Salleh, one of my favourite lecturer in PLUMS. The 4th and 5th estate topic really important for me as a journalist, and maybe you too as part of the community. It tells how media plays most important role in the community. In the 4th estate, the media representing press and it's members such as reporters, journalist, editors of newspaper publications, radio and television productions including the internet source. As the technologies develop and grow from time to time, here comes the 5th estate which refers to blog and bloggers as well. Blog is a new medium for people or so called 'bloggers' to publish and discuss their opinions openly thru the world wide web (www) and yet the community still in the process to accept blog as one of their primary source of news! What say you?
